Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using B-Legal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. B-Legal is operated by Analytics Compliance & Security Solutions LLC ("we," "us").

2. Not Legal Advice

B-Legal is not a law firm. All content is general legal information sourced from publicly available law. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by your use of B-Legal. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney.

3. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older to use B-Legal. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use B-Legal for unlawful purposes.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly period and you are charged again for the following month unless you cancel before it renews. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except as required by law.

Subscriptions bought in the iOS app are billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, so cancel at least 24 hours before that date to avoid the next charge. Manage or cancel these subscriptions through Apple: open the App Store, tap your account, then Subscriptions. Apple's standard subscription terms apply to App Store purchases, and deleting your B-Legal account does not cancel a subscription that Apple bills.

Subscriptions bought in the Android app are billed by Google to your Google account. Google charges the renewal on the same schedule, so cancel before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Manage or cancel these subscriptions through Google: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Google's standard subscription terms apply to Google Play purchases, and deleting your B-Legal account does not cancel a subscription that Google bills.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and platform design are owned by Analytics Holdings LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

Reverse engineering or scraping the platform
Using B-Legal to harass, defame, or harm others
Attempting to circumvent subscription access controls
Using AI features to generate fraudulent legal documents

8. Limitation of Liability

B-Legal is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analytics Compliance & Security Solutions LLC and Analytics Holdings LLC are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. DMCA Copyright Policy

Analytics Compliance & Security Solutions LLC has designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

We will terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances at our sole discretion. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in civil liability.
