B-Legal Public Safety OS
Legal clarity from encounter to courtroom.
B-Legal Public Safety OS helps officers and supervisors connect verified law, policy, report quality, and case readiness in one accountable workflow.
Built to complement existing records and evidence systems — not replace professional judgment.
The problem
Officers make legally consequential decisions in the field, then write reports hours later — often without the exact statute, its elements, or the agency policy in front of them. Supervisors catch gaps after the fact, if at all, and prosecutors sometimes discover missing information only at disclosure. Public Safety OS moves verified legal and procedural context earlier in that workflow, and makes the resulting review structured and reviewable rather than a memory exercise.
The vision
One accountable platform spanning the full lifecycle — from the initial call through legal and policy guidance, report and evidence preparation, supervisor review, investigation support, and court and disclosure preparation — vendor-neutral and built to sit alongside CAD, RMS, and evidence systems an agency already runs, not replace them.

What this platform will never do
- Determine probable cause, guilt, or dangerousness.
- Direct an officer to arrest, search, detain, or use force.
- Replace agency policy, legal counsel, prosecutorial guidance, or supervisory judgment.
- Infer dangerousness or criminality from protected characteristics.
- Perform predictive policing or person-based risk scoring.
B-Legal Public Safety OS is not CJIS-certified, is not endorsed by any agency, and does not guarantee legal correctness or reduced liability. See our security page for current controls and the compliance roadmap for what eventual agency deployment would require.
Vendor-neutral by design
The long-term platform is designed to integrate with CAD, RMS, digital evidence, body-camera, court, training, and identity systems your agency already runs — through adapter interfaces and event contracts, not a rip-and-replace. No such integrations exist yet; none are claimed here.
