Overview
Driving 11–20 mph above the posted speed limit. Four points on your license. A second conviction within 18 months can trigger a Driver Responsibility Assessment (DRA) fee of $100/year for 3 years, on top of fines and surcharges.

- Request supporting deposition for officer's LIDAR/radar model and calibration records
- Appear at TVB and plead Not Guilty
- Request calibration and maintenance records via discovery
