Overview

Passing between subway cars through the end doors while the train is in motion or in the station. A safety violation under MTA rules. Transit Police enforcement is periodic and often concentrated on specific lines. Emergency situations are an exception.

  2. Challenge whether train was in motion
  3. Present emergency circumstances
