Overview
Allowing a dog to run off-leash in a NYC park area not designated as an off-leash area. NYC parks have designated off-leash hours (generally before 9am and after 9pm in eligible parks) and specific off-leash zones. PEP officers issue these regularly — especially in Manhattan parks.
