Overview

Depositing garbage, waste, or debris in a park except in designated receptacles. Applies to food wrappers, bottles, cigarette butts, and any refuse left on grass, pathways, or park grounds. Parks Enforcement Patrol (PEP) officers may issue civil or criminal summons.

  1. Contest at OATH or ECB
  2. Challenge whether PEP officer directly observed the act
