Overview
Using a charcoal grill, open flame, or BBQ equipment in a NYC park without the required permit or in an area where grilling is not permitted. Gas grills are generally prohibited. Charcoal grilling is allowed only in designated areas of specific parks. PEP and NYPD both enforce.
