Stopping, standing, or parking in a No Standing zone — even briefly to drop off or pick up passengers. More restrictive than No Parking. Common near airports, hotels, transit hubs, and schools. For Hire Vehicles (Uber/Lyft) frequently ticketed for standing while waiting for pickups.
