Overview

Parking alongside a legally parked vehicle in a way that blocks the lane of traffic or prevents the legally parked car from exiting. Commercial vehicles may have limited exemptions for expeditious deliveries — but the exemption is narrow and enforced strictly.

How to Contest

  1. Contest at OATH
  2. If commercial vehicle: present delivery records showing expeditious activity
  3. Challenge whether the vehicle was actually in a lane of traffic

Common Defenses

  • Incorrect location recorded
