Overview
Parking in front of a private driveway, even if only partially blocking it. The driveway need not be in use. Commonly reported by property owners who call 311 — traffic agents respond and may tow in addition to ticketing.

- Contest at OATH with photos showing the vehicle was not obstructing the driveway
- Challenge whether the access was truly a driveway vs. a curb cut
