Overview

Stopping, standing, or parking in a designated bike lane. NYC's Vision Zero initiative has increased enforcement significantly. Protected bike lanes (with physical barriers) carry higher real-world risk and enforcement focus. Commercial vehicles with loading exemptions may have limited exceptions on certain blocks.
